We will review your current marketing and/or communications strategies, compare and contrast with your business goals, and suggest a strategy to move your business forward along with step-by-step components for implementation. This campaign may include:

  • Website audit and suggestions:
    We will review your current site and suggest changes to navigation, design elements, new features and page
  • Client interviews
    We will develop a list of questions (to meet your approval) and conduct a series of focus-group type meetings with clients alone or as a group, in person or by phone, to determine what is working and not working from a client standpoint. We can turn these client interviews into:
      • Strategy suggestions for you (compiling all results and creating next steps)
      • Case studies for marketing/publicity
      • Marketing tidbits (quotes for newsletters, brochures, websites)
      • Training Sessions (developed from client suggestions)

    We can step in and execute a turnkey project (ie new product launch, new campaign for a niche market) from start to finish, including timelines, strategy development, project listing and management, and team coordination

    Through a strategy review and marketing audit, we can develop a marketing plan, implement first steps, and then work with current staff to get them quickly up-to-speed and expert in taking the next steps for the ongoing maintenance of the marketing strategy.
