OBJECTIVE
Fresh, compelling, distinctive marketing material that comprehensively meets an advisor’s need for brochures, presentations, and more. Material should be easily updatable and deliverable on a tight marketing budget.

CHALLENGE
The requests for assistance with a refresh of advisor material came from senior management, but for our first assignment, decisions were to be made by five principals (with very different styles) who were rarely in the office together. The client point person was a junior marketing professional who had only a small grasp of the big picture, but was tasked with taking the project from concept to conclusion.
RESULT
We presented a fully developed creative treatment for the marketing materials (including a new logo, color scheme and format) for an early buy-in. Following approval of the creative approach, we were able to work closely with our point person to refine and develop the firm’s messaging. An initial kickoff meeting was followed by weekly conference calls to keep everyone in communication and on task, and we worked closely with our contact to understand the project drivers and level of involvement of all of the key players, which helped keep the project schedule and deadlines on track.
