Create marketing material and conference programs that are compelling, drive attendance, meet compliance standards, and offer an organized approach to a busy agenda.

CHALLENGE
With multiple, competing sponsors and any number of decision-makers and levels of approval, and with very tight timetables, we had to execute our materials with very quick turnarounds and make our arguments for agenda items, speakers, etc both compelling and simple.
RESULT
We effectively managed several large national conferences and produced material to support the events as well as designing agendas that hit major industry touch points and provided speaking sessions that drove sponsor involvement. Through extensive research we sourced high-caliber keynote speakers who were on-point and well received. We established tracking systems for agendas to allow attendees to plan their conference participation effectively and created a registration system and agenda-on-demand format that saved over $10,000 in printing costs while providing more accurate information to attendees.
